These are my go-to when I want an intense, perfectly sharp black waterproof eyeliner look using 01 Kill Black. If I want to make it slightly more natural, yet still clean, I go for 02 Kill Brown. 3. ISEHAN Kiss Me Heroine Make Smooth Liquid Eyeliner – 01 Black
This is another one of those highly raved liquid eyeliners – an oldie but a goodie. This is probably one of the THINNEST yet strongest liquid eyeliners I’ve ever used. This liquid eyeliner is highly pigmented, fast-drying, waterproof, and smudge-proof. It does have a subtle shine to it, so if you like your liner super matte, you can easily fix it with a black matte eye shadow. It is slightly harder to remove compared to other liquid eyeliners, but that just goes to show how smudge-proof it is!! I love and have the colors 01 Black and 02 Dark Brown. If I were to choose one liquid eyeliner, I would DEFINITELY choose this one! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

4. TONYMOLY Back Gel Eyeliner Long Brush – 01 Black
This was the first gel-type eyeliner I tried, years ago. It gives beginners the precise application of a liquid liner but it’s so forgiving like a pencil liner. It comes along with a fine brush that makes it easy to apply and convenient for on the go! And of course, it dries really quickly and is water and sweat-resistant! But I wouldn’t dive in a pool with it, haha. It is very similar to Bobby Brown’s gel eyeliner but so much cheaper!!! It goes so smoothly on my eyelid and lasts all day without smudging.
If you want a cheap, good-quality eyeliner, definitely consider buying this one. It is totally worth it. I have really oily skin/eyelids, so most eyeliners don’t stay on me. The only ones that do are liquid eyeliners, but sometimes I just want that natural and soft look. This Tonymoly eyeliner worked wonders for me; I love the 01 Black but the 02 Brown looks so natural and I end up using the brown way more!! It stays on without smudging for 12+ hours, and it is so creamy that the application is so, so easy. THIS WOULD BE ONE OF THOSE MUST-HAVES IN MY SMALL MAKEUP BAG FOR SURE!

5. Bbi@ – NEW Last Auto Gel Eyeliner – 01 Noir
May I say, these are the BEST GEL-TYPE PENCILS? I use a 01 Noir and 02 Jazz shade for every day and a highlighter 08 Angel shade for my under eyes and honestly, you MUST get these gel pencils. They are so thin and really precise and even stay on even if you rub your eyes (with my bad habits) even without a makeup fixer. It has a really good formulation, glides on well, stays forever (but removes quickly with a makeup remover). There are so many colors and they are all so pretty!!! I’m trying to find the chance to buy the whole collection!!!
